Description

The former hospital sites were contaminated and had to be remediated for the development to be undertaken. Extensive ground remodelling, earthworks and lime stabilisation were employed to prepare the site for construction.

The 25m swimming pool involved the construction of a reinforced perimeter concrete box, within which the swimming pool and balancing tank were subsequently constructed.
