Description

Nine warehouse units were constructed of varying size and complexity, with joint free fibre reinforced ground floor slabs being adopted for all.

The site presented challenging ground conditions with shallow mine workings and several existing mine shafts requiring stabilisation.

All associated infrastructure works, including highways and drainage were designed and constructed for adoption by the Local Authority.
