Description

The building comprises of single, two and three storey’s and is constructed of load bearing masonry with precast concrete floors, a trussed rafter roof and traditional mass concrete strip and pad foundations. The structure incorporates a single storey steel frame entrance area with terrace above to allow for large open plan communal facilities. The steel structure was designed to incorporate all M&E services for ease of construction.
